Privacy Policy

How 247 Sports Intel LLC collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit the site, create an account, contact us, or use a membership.

Last updated October 9, 2026

01

Scope

This policy applies to the 247 Sports Intel website, Preview deployments, member areas, checkout and support experiences. It does not replace the privacy terms shown by a third-party service when you leave our site or use that provider directly.

02

Information we process

  • Account and contact information: name, email address, account identifier, authentication status, and information you submit in a support chat or contact form.
  • Membership and transaction information: selected plan, billing interval, amount, currency, transaction and subscription identifiers, payment status, membership status, credits, and entitlement history. Stripe or the payment provider collects card and bank details directly; 247 Sports Intel does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
  • Site and device information: requested pages, referring page, date and time, browser and device details, IP address, and security or diagnostic logs generated when the site and member services respond to a request.
  • Communications: messages and preferences you send to support. The current SMS opt-in page is review-only: it does not submit the form, create a contact, or send a text message.

03

How we use information

We use information to authenticate members, process and confirm checkout, maintain the member wallet and entitlements, deliver requested intelligence, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, secure and troubleshoot the service, satisfy legal and accounting obligations, and—with your choice where required—measure marketing performance.

04

Meta and Google Ads measurement

Advertising measurement is optional. The Meta Pixel and Google Ads tag do not load unless you select Allow optional tracking. If allowed, the browser may send Meta a PageView, a membership-pricing ViewContent event, or a BeginCheckout event, together with ordinary browser and request information. Meta may set or read identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc, while Google Ads may set or read advertising identifiers such as _gcl_*, under each provider's terms. Allowlisted and length-bounded campaign source, medium, and campaign values may be retained in first-party cookies across the secure Stripe handoff for attribution; they never affect price, identity, access, or content.

Only after the signed-in checkout is verified as paid and the member service confirms a matching active entitlement may the site send one deduplicated Purchase event through Meta's browser Pixel and server-side Conversions API. That event contains the membership tier, an opaque transaction identifier, actual value, USD currency, event time, source URL, consented campaign attribution, and ordinary request information such as IP address, browser user agent, and Meta browser/click identifiers when available. The server payload does not include an email address, phone number, street address, Clerk subject, Stripe session identifier, or member authentication token. Preview server events remain restricted to Meta Test Events; Production events use the verified public-domain dataset.

The Google Ads Purchase conversion uses the same verified checkout and active-entitlement gate. It receives the actual purchase value, USD currency, and a server-generated opaque transaction identifier of no more than 64 characters so repeat visits cannot count the same order twice. It does not receive the Stripe session identifier, member account identifier, email address, phone number, street address, authentication token, or card details. Advertising personalization remains disabled in the site's Google tag configuration.

Rejecting optional tracking keeps both tags off and prevents the site from requesting either verified Purchase event. You can reopen Cookie settings at any time. Rejecting removes site-readable Meta and Google Ads measurement cookies for this domain; browser or provider controls may be needed for data already held by Meta or Google.

05

Cookies and local storage

Authentication, checkout, security, and support providers may use cookies or similar storage needed for their services. The site stores your advertising measurement choice in browser local storage under 247-marketing-consent-v2; it may also remember that you dismissed a promotion. If the GoHighLevel support widget is enabled, its loader may process device or request information and any details you choose to submit to the chat. The support widget is separate from the optional advertising setting.

06

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information as needed to providers that host and secure the site and member backend, authenticate accounts, process payments, maintain membership and wallet records, operate our content and support tools, and deliver approved analytics. These providers currently include Vercel, Clerk, Stripe, Railway, Supabase, Sanity, GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, and—only when optional tracking is allowed—Meta and Google.

We do not sell personal information for money. Optional disclosure of event and device information to Meta and Google for measurement and attribution may be treated as “sharing,” targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising under some privacy laws. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

07

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and entitlement records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Retention periods vary by record and provider. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can promise absolute security.

08

Your choices and requests

You can reject or later revoke optional Meta and Google Ads measurement through Cookie settings and can unsubscribe from non-essential email or text messages using the instructions in those messages. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, or ask about an applicable advertising opt-out, by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

09

Age and United States availability

Paid services are intended for people age 18 or older in the United States. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the paid services. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

10

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The current version and its last-updated date will remain posted here. For privacy questions or requests, email support@247sportsintel.com.
